Quite far from the city area. Good place to stay if you are going to El Nido as it is on the way. Still needs improvement with service and staff. The room is also huge and good for families.

Kudos to Ma’am Via from the front desk for being very attentive and approachable. However, the air conditioning in the penthouse was not working. It would also be great if they could offer a complimentary drop-off to the town proper or at least an airport pick-up service, as the location is quite far from the main town.

Crown hotel's design is my favorite, and it's also where I slept the most comfortably and soundly. It gave me the same sense of comfort and security as sleeping at home.

We booked 3 rooms. We enjoyed the evening swim , the place is quiet and clean. Oh the bed is amazing! We will come back for sure!

I needed a shower and some clean facilities for a night after a 4-day budget stay prior at a different location. The hotel was beautifully looked after. Clean inside and out. The shower and toilet and room facilities were outstanding. The pools outside are gorgeous. Can't forget the staff. Professional, polite, genuinely helpful. I stayed as a stopover for the night from puerto princesa to San vincente. Highly recommend 👌

We had a good 3-night, 4-day stay at this hotel. The place is peaceful, the room was good for our family, and the pools were great. However, the location is quite far from the city, and the food was too pricey for its quality. Still, it was a pleasant and relaxing stay overall.

The reception staff were magnificent especially Athena. A beautiful swimming pool which could have been cleaner. It was a bit dated but the restaurant let it down with a poor choice at breakfast and a limited evening menu. The room was fine. The hotel needed an injection of life and care.
